Chemeketa Small Business Development Center
The Chemeketa BizCenter provides practical information for your business success. We focus on assisting the expansion of existing firms as well as the new startup businesses in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties. We provide business management expertise through (free) one-on-one business advisors, business workshops and a resource center. Salem-Keizer Community Development Corporation
Salem-Keizer CDC is a local nonprofit organization of neighbors helping neighbors. Salem-Keizer CDC has been actively developing energy efficient and safe affordable rental housing for individuals and families earning 60% or less of median income. Salem-Keizer CDC also provides Individual Development Accounts for homeownership, education and microenterprise start up/capitalization for Salem residents. Find us on the web atwww.salemcdc.org

Polk Community Development Corporation
Polk CDC’s mission is to help Polk County residents improve their living circumstances through the provision of high quality, affordable rental housing and homeownership opportunities, related educational opportunities, and low-interest housing rehabilitation loans; and to assist local municipalities in their efforts to achieve community improvements and economic revitalization through commercial facade improvement loans.
